Every home by NewLeaf Homes is designed and built by engineers. Conventional stick-framed construction, with all walls framed 16” on center, sits atop steel reinforced engineered concrete slabs to provide a firm foundation for every home build by NewLeaf Homes. NewLeaf Homes provides a 2-10 Home Buyers Warrantee with every home it builds and sells. Each home is inspected by a third party inspector at the Pre-Pour Foundation, Frame & Rough Mechanical, and Final stages.
NewLeaf Homes is a locally owned San Antonio based company, building homes exclusively in the San Antonio area. At present, NewLeaf Homes is building in 9 communities. There is a price--size home combination for every buyer in the $110,000--1200sf to $360,000--3900sf range.
