All New Leaf homes have numerous standard built in features.  Four sides brick, tile floors in all “wet” areas, security systems, along with name brand products like Moen, Trane, Shaw, ADT and Kenmore can be found throughout. 

New Leaf homes are designed and built by engineers.  Conventional stick-framed construction, with all walls framed 16” on center, sit atop steel reinforced engineered slabs to provide a firm foundation for every New Leaf home.  All NewLeaf homes come with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warrantee.  Each home is inspected by a third party inspector at the Steel, Frame, Rough Mechanical, and Final stages.

New Leaf Homes is a locally owned San Antonio based company, building homes exclusively in the San Antonio area.  At present, New Leaf Homes is building in 6 communities:  Ridge Stone on the southwest side, Rose Meadows on the northeast side, Braunridge and Hunters Glenn on the northwest side, and Grissom Trails and Gordon’s Grove on the west side.  Four portfolios of homes comprising over 30 exciting home plans provide a large variety from which to choose.  There is a price/size home combination for every buyer in the $100,000/1200sf to $320,000/3900sf range.
